Employment: the crisis has not affected apprenticeship
RTL is devoting a third day to the subject of employment, with a special feature on young people. At present, young people are the worst affected by unemployment. Despite this, certain areas, such as apprenticeship, seem unaffected by the crisis. Apprenticeship is accessible from the age of 14, and provides real professional training. This report features Florent, an apprentice cook at the Faculté des Métiers de l'Essonne.
